If you are covered by the Google Guarantee and your clients (who found you through Local Services Ads) are dissatisfied with the caliber of your work, Google may, in its sole and absolute discretion, reimburse the client up to the amount paid for the first service, subject to a lifetime cap. The lifetime cap can increase to $2,000 in the US.
Google will contact you for details if a client submits a claim for compensation. After then, you can try to settle the conflict with the consumer or Google will determine how to proceed.
